CHIMI TUNA OR SALMON BURGERS

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2   6 oz. tuna or salmon steaks finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Che Garcia Chimichurri
  • 1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil or canola oil
  • Salt
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Che Garcia Chimichurri Mayonnaise

Let’s start cooking:

  1. Form patties like you would any burger.

  2. Coat the burgers with Che Garcia Chimichurri and sprinkle with salt.

  3. Cook burgers in a preheated cast iron skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes each side.

  4. Serve on your favorite bun with lettuce, avocado, tomato and Che Garcia Chimichurri Mayonnaise.
